Sales Promotion: Nature of Sales Promotion, Distinction with Advertising and Personal Selling, Role and Importance of Sales Promotion, Functions of Sales Promotion Department, Limitations in a Short Economy.
 
Unit-V
Types of Sales Promotion: Internal Organisation, Dealer Promotion, Consumer Promotion, Sales Promotion of Industrial and Consumer Products.
