· Cognitive Approach: Burnner’s Theory of Discovery Learning and Kurt Lewin’s Field Theory,

इकाई 1- शिक्षण एवं अधिगम की प्रक्रिया
ऽ अधिगम- अर्थ, प्रकृति, लक्षण, सिद्धान्त और प्रकार।
ऽ अधिगम को प्रभावित करने वाले कारक- परिपक्वता, ध्यान, रुचि, थकान, स्कूल से सम्बन्धित कारक
ऽ शिक्षण की अवधारणा- अर्थ, परिभाषा, विशेषताएँ, रूप
ऽ शिक्षण के स्तर- स्मृति, बोध, चिंतनशील।
इकाई 2- अधिगम के उपागम
ऽ अधिगम के लिए निम्नलिखित उपागम की अवधारणा, सिद्धान्त और शैक्षिक प्रयोज्यता।
ऽ व्यवहारवादी उपागम- थार्नडाइक का प्रयत्न और भूल का सिद्धान्त, पाॅवलव का शास्त्रीय अनुबन्धन सिद्धान्त, स्किनर का क्रिया प्रसूत अनुकूलन सिद्धान्त
ऽ मानवतावादी उपागम- रोजर्स का सामाजिक अधिगम सिद्धान्त।
ऽ अभिप्रेरणा- परिभाषा, प्रकार और तकनीक, मास्लो का अभिप्रेरणा सिद्धान्त।
ऽ संज्ञानात्मक उपागम- बू्रनर का खोज अधिगम सिद्धान्त और कर्ट लेविन क्षेत्रीय सिद्धान्त
ऽ निर्माणवाद- संज्ञानात्मक निर्माणवाद और सामाजिक निर्माणवाद (अवधारणाएँ और तथ्य)।
इकाई 3- व्यक्तिगत शिक्षार्थियों में अंतर
ऽ बुद्धि- प्रकृति, सिद्धान्त - थस्र्टन का सिद्धान्त, गिलफोर्ड का त्रिआयामी सिद्धान्त (एस.आई. मॉडल), गार्डनर का बहुबुद्धि सिद्धान्त और आंकलन।
ऽ व्यक्तित्व का अर्थ और अवधारणा, प्रकार सिद्धान्त, विशेषता सिद्धान्त और फ्रायड का मनोदैहिक सिद्धान्त
