Methods to Measure Effectiveness of Advertisements: Pre and Post Testing Various Different Aspects of Advertising: Social, Ethical and Legal.
UNIT III
Sales Management: Definition, Nature, Scope and Importance of Sales Management, Evolution of Sales Management, Sales Management Strategies, Emerging Trends in Sales Management.
