Industrial Relations: Nature, Concept, Scope, Objectives & Significance of Industrial Relations, Trade unions, Functions of Trade Unions – Forms of Collective Bargaining – Workers’ Participation in Management, Nature & Causes of Industrial Dispute and Settlement of Industrial Disputes.
