इकाई-1
व्यावसायिक वित्त की प्रकृति, क्षेत्र व महत्त्व, वित्तीय लक्ष्य/उद्देष्य, वित्तीय कार्य, वित्त प्रबन्धक के कत्र्तव्य एवं उत्तरदायित्व, पूँजी बाजार-कार्य प्रकार व महत्त्व।

इकाई-2
पूँजीकरण-अवधारणा, अधि/अति तथा अल्प/अधीन पूँजीकरण-कारण तथा निवारण पूँजी संरचना/निर्माण अवधारण, पूँजी की लागत, पूँजी बजटिंग।

इकाई-3
दीर्घकालीन तथा अल्पकालीन, पँूजी के स्रोत- स्वामित्व और उधार व्यापारिक साख, बैंक साख, वाणिज्यिक प्रपत्र इत्यादि, लाभप्रदता का विष्लेषण, तरलता, षोधन क्षमता तथा प्रदर्षन का विष्लेषण।

इकाई-4
कार्यषील पूँजी- अवधारणा, निर्धारक तत्त्व तथा स्रोत, स्थायी तथा अस्थायी कार्यषील पूँजी, कार्यषील पूँजी की आवष्यकताओं का आंकलन, कार्यषील पूँजी के वित्तीय अनुमोदन।

BUSINESS FINANCE

Long Term and Short Term, Sources of Capital – Owned and borrowed, Trade Credit, Bank Credit, Commercial Papers, etc., Analysis of Profitability, Activity, Liquidity, Solvency and Performance.

Unit-IV:

Concept, Determinants and Sources of Working Capital, Fixed and Variable Working Capital, Estimation of Working Capital Requirements, Financing Approaches to Working Capital.
