Management Accounting - Meaning, Aims, Objectives, Functions, Advantages and Limitations of Management Accounting Difference between Management Accounting and Financial Accounting; Financial Analysis Fund Flow and Cash Flow Statements.

UNIT-III

Cost Accounting:  Meaning, Concept, Relationship Between Cost Accounting and Financial Accounting, Cost Elements - Material Labour and Overheads, Preparation of Cost Sheet.

UNIT-IV

Marginal Costing, Absorption Costing and Breakeven Analysis, Standard Costing and Variance Analysis.
