 Interaction in second language in classroom, from theory to practice

 Discourse oriented pedagogy

Unit 3- Process and Planning.

 Characteristics of a good teaching plan

 Different processes of teaching proses, poetry, grammar.

 Constructivist situations using formats like 5 E’s (Engage, Explore, Explain, Elaborats,

Evaluate), and SQ4Rs (Survey, Questions, read, recite, review, reflection)

Unit-6 Assessment

 CCE-Concept and procedure: Implications of Assessment- for the learner, for the Teacher

and for the community, maintaining teacher’s diary, record; informal feedback from the

teachers; measuring progress; using portfolio for subjective assessment,

 Assessing speaking and listening, reading and writing abilities through CCE

 Attitude towords errors and mistakes in second language learning.
