Business Organisation

Unit-I: Nature and Scope of Business, Social Responsibility of Business, Size of Business Units, Stock Market, Commodity Market, E-business, Business Environment.

Unit-II: Forms of Business Organisations and Comparative Study - Sole Proprietorship, Partnership, Joint Stock Company, Co-operative Organisation, One Man Company. 

Unit-III: Business Combination and its Types, Rationalisation and Automation, Government and Business, Methods of Remunerating Labour. 

Unit-IV: Organisation Process – Importance, Principles, Types of Organisation Structure, Centralisation and Decentralisation, Committees, Departmentation, Delegation of Authority.

इकाई-1 व्यवसाय की प्रकृति स्वभाव एंव क्षेत्र, व्यवसाय का सामाजिक उत्तरदायित्व, व्यावसायिक इकाई का आकार, स्कन्ध बाजार, वस्तु बाजार, ई-बिजनेस (काॅमर्स), व्यावसायिक वातावरण।

इकाई-2 व्यावसायिक संगठनों के प्रकार और उसका तुलनात्मक अध्ययन- एकाकी स्वामित्व (व्यापार), साझेदारी, संयुक्त स्कन्ध कम्पनी, सहकारी संगठन, एकल व्यक्ति कम्पनी।

इकाई-3 व्यावसायिक संयोजन और इसके प्रकार, विवेकीकरण और स्वचालन, सरकार और व्यापार, श्रमिकों को मजदूरी प्रदान करने वाली पद्धतियाँ।

इकाई-4 संगठनात्मक प्रक्रिया- महत्त्व, सिद्धान्त, संगठन के विभिन्न प्रारूप, संगठनात्मक संरचना, केन्द्रीकरण, और विकेन्द्रीकरण समितियाँ, विभागीयकरण, अधिकारों का भारार्पण।
