इकाई-1
परिचय-विपणन की प्रकृति क्षेत्र, महत्त्व तथा कार्य, विपणन अवधारणा-परम्परागत तथा आधुनिक विक्रय बनाम विपणन, विपणन मिश्रण, विपणन वातावरण, ई-मार्केटिंग (विपणन)।
इकाई-2
उपभोक्ता व्यवहार-प्रकृति, क्षेत्र तथा महत्त्व, उपभोक्ता व्यवहार के आधार, बाजार विभक्तिकरण-अवधारणा तथा महत्त्व, बाजार विभक्तीकरण, संवर्द्धन- संवर्द्धन या प्रवर्तन के तरीके तथा मिश्रण, वैयक्तिक विक्रय।
इकाई-3
वस्तु या उत्पाद-उत्पाद/वस्तु विचार धारा, उपभोक्ता तथा औद्योगिक वस्तुएँ वस्तु नियोजन एवं विकास, वस्तु जीवन चक्र, पैकेजिंग/भूमिका तथा कार्य ब्राण्ड नाम एवं ट्रेडमार्क, मूल्य-विपणन में मूल्य का महत्त्व, वस्तु के मूल्य को प्रभावित करने वाले घटक, मूल्य निर्धारण के प्रकार तथा पद्धति/तरीके।

वितरण माध्यम-भूमिका एवं अवधारणा, वितरण माध्यम के प्रकार, वितरण माध्यम के चुनाव को प्रभावित करने वाले घटक, थोक एवं फुटकर वितरण, वस्तुओं का भौतिक वितरण, परिवहन एवं भण्डारण, रहतिया नियन्त्रण एवं आदेष प्रक्रिया।
