UNIT 3

HR Planning as a Strategy: Business Strategy & HRP, HRP Process, Job Analysis, Forecasting and Analysing HR Demand (Qualitative and Quantitative), Supply Forecasting (external and internal), Comparison of Demand and Supply Forecasting.                                                                                                                                          (8+1)
