Development and Career Management: Training and Development-Scope Importance, Types of Training, Difference between Raining and Development, E-Learning, Development of Employees in Organisation, Performance Appraisal & Performance Management – Definition Objective, Importance, Appraisal Process and Appraisal Methods, Employee Empowerment and Engagement.
